Millet blend (Little millet rawa, foxtail millet rawa, ragi rawa, jowar rawa), Sooji, Chana dal, peanuts, onion flakes, salt, tomato powder, carrot flakes, urad dal, curry leaves, mustard, ginger powder, lime powder, corinader flakes, green chilli flakes.

How to Prepare
Step 1 Empty the contents of Timios Upma Mix into 300 ml of boiling water. Veggies of your choice can be added as well. Cook on a high flame for a few minutes.
Step 2 Add 1 tbsp of oil & mix well. Cover with a lid for cook on low flame for 6 to 8 minutes.
Step 3 Garnish with coriander & delicious upma is ready.
