    • How To Prepare-

    • Pratham Aahaar- Mix 3 tbsps of Pratham Aahaar P in 40-50ml of water in a pan. Mix to avoid any lumps.
    • Put on the heat in a low flameand stir continously. If you prefer a sweet taste add jaggery or khand instead of sugar & for salty taste ad a pinch of dry roasted salt.
    • Cook until the mixture is thick & pasty.
    • Add a spoon of homemade ghee if you prefer and serve warm.
