    How to prepare\ consume

    Step 1 Boil 60 ml of water and take 1 cup (100g) of chapati mix.

    Step 2 Add hot water into it if needed and knead the flour into a dough and allow it to rest for 15 to 20 mins, then roll it into chapatis

    Step 3 Cook both sides of the chapati on a pan. Briefly place it over the flame to let it puff.

    Chilla Cooking Instructions

    Step 1 Whisk the premix with water as dosa batter consistency without lumps

    Step 2 Pour the batter on the heated pan and add veggies of your choice like onions and also jeera

    Step 3 Cook on a medium flame on both sides

    Step 4 Serve hot with a chutney or pickle
